Getting on the freeway H2... "SKN GRL" (white car) tries to speed up so I can't merge with flowing traffic!!! This car ALMOST rear ended me, how it could have gone down better? Well, they could have gotten in the next lane over since it was CLEAR to move over for oncoming freeway on-rampers like myself. They got mad at ME and gave me the finger. LOL!! I was far from them when getting on the freeway but they were speeding to try and cut me off! IGNORANT. Some people need to RE-TAKE DRIVERS ED AND LEARN DRIVER COURTESY. It's not a race or EGO thing, grow up or get off the streets.

I was driving within the speed limit on the H1 west bound, and this aggressive saggy-faced Asian woman (in her 30s) driving a blue BMW 325i (license: NCN 627). (2004-2005 model) came speeding down the hill on the H-1 westbound by Red Hill area. Most people were within the speed limit, or within 5 miles over. This aggressive & vicious woman came close behind me, she became impatient and suddenly veered into the lane next to me (causing a car behind her to slam on his breaks), and cut directly in front of me for no apparent reason, especially when there was so much space ahead of me. Then I merged into 1 lane over to avoid her vicious offensive driving, and this car in front of me was driving way under the speed limit so I merged back into the lane i was originally in, and nowhere close to that saggy faced woman. Apparently she thought I cut her off, in my rear view mirror I saw her smile, she viciously veered into one lane to my left and stuck finger. hahahahaha!!!! fricken hilarious!!!! then my friend began to take pictures of her and her license plate. the saggy faced woman thought she could do the same, so she whipped out her phone and tried to take pics of us too. LOL!! i hope someday she crashes into a pole or a tree & end up killing herself in a slow and painful death before she ends up injuring or killing someone else.

  The State of Hawaii could boost, recover revenue losses, & increase public safety by enforcing traffic laws already in/on the books in this beautiful land of increasing lawlessness & danger. Taxpayers could save tons of $$$ on Advance, Critical Care for under insured & uninsured Motor Vehicle & Pedestrian Traffic Trauma Accidents by passing a mandatory helmet law and banning unsecured passengers in the backs of both open & closed truckbeds. This is a known fact nationally where common sense has taken effective action on these items.

 To the idiot driving the dark blue, older model, 2 door ford explorer, license plate PRSHES - "GROW UP AND LEARN HOW TO DRIVE"!  I was taking my two kids to the park for soccer when you cut me off on Date Street, almost hitting my car and making me swerve into the oncoming lane.  Then, like a dumbass, you slammed on your brakes and drove really slow, probably because it takes your brain a minute to tell the rest of your fat ass body what to do, like step on the gas pedal.  Then you pulled over to the side to let me drive by and looked at me like I did something wrong.  You could have caused an accident with my two kids in my car ASSHOLE!  Either drive Akamai or stay off the road.  We don't need dumbass drivers recklessly endangering other peoples lives.  If you're going to drive stupid, take if off a cliff!

Why are there so many aggressive and dangerous drivers in Hawaii. I just returned from a honeymoon on Maui and the big island. On both islands I witnessed very unsafe drivers.

On Maui I drove the road to Hana twice and as a nice person I pulled over for local drivers where I could but I witnessed many huge trucks passing 3 or 4 cars at a time on blind narrow curves. On the bigland again I witnessed big trucks speeding in residential zones passing in no passing zones.

Aside from the vibe that they didn't want us there. I witnessed many other things as well like someone trying to sell me drugs. I just don't get it. It seems that with the petty theft of tourists belongings from cars and the way they drive plus other things that I know are occurring there can possibly be an impact their tourist economy. I don't want to see them go to a diet of Poy, Pineapples, or federal food aid.

I am just wondering as to why there have been no file wire activity for Hawaii.  I know for sure we got some of the worst drivers here.  Any clues?? 

Watch out for the idiot in the baby blue suburban or tahoe. It's hideous and hard to miss, especially with their "bitch behind the wheel" sticker on the back window. To that person: Your an idiot drove all the way up the right lane on nimitz while everybody else waited their turn in the left lane. When the right merges into the left lane (where you should have ALREADY been) You forced me and the car infront of me off the road so you could merge in. We were not letting you in for a reason!!! You got within inches of the car infront of me to get in. Your lane was the one that ended idiot!!! She should have hit your dumb ass, because it would have been your fault. You then proceeded to slam on your brakes several time to try to make her or I rear end you! grow up! You then hopped the curb and rode it down Nimitz to Sand island access road to pass more of the traffic!!! I called the cops and they said they were sending a car to look for you, though I bet they didn't. You can't miss a baby blue suburban/tahoe with a "bitch behind the wheel" sticker. Watch out people. That or somebody put this idiot in their place.

Beware of a blue BMW sedan:  JYT 283 he doesn't know the meaning of a turn signal, I had mine on for half a block and he still wouldn't let me in. Not very courteous.  Dear mister: Continue driving in such a rude manner and more people WILL cut you off.  People should drive with more 'aloha'. 

On Jan 8th 2007, around 1:50 pm, I observed a KHON [local TV station] vehicle (license plate KHON 3) being driven in a careless manner. It was raining and I could not see who was driving. However, in the 3 minutes that I observed this car first on Haiku Rd and then on Kamehameha Hwy, the driver exceeded the speed limit, never once used signals when changing lanes or turning, and did not stop when turning right on a red light. I mean did not stop! Not even a "Hollywood stop". S/he slowed and pulled right into the corner and then continued on as there were no oncoming vehicles.

In just that short period of time, the driver appeared to be completely clueless about basic driving rules. I shudder to think what s/he must do on a regular basis. This not only poses a hazard for other drivers, it reflects badly on your station.

Sent the above email to the TV station and no response!

GREAT DRIVER BUT TOO AGRESSIVE

brain dead, stoned, or just stupid?  Who knows?  A white Volvo V70 wagon with license plate PCF 268 was merging on to Kokohead bound H1 at the Piikoi onramp, and just about merged with the side of a full sized Silverado pickup.  How you can fail to notice something that big is beyond me, but props to the truck driver for braking and swerving enough to just miss the moron in the Volvo by a few feet.  Note to Volvo driver:  the Bus is one of the best mass transit systems around.  Why not park the car and let someone else drive?  God knows that you can't.

This bitch can't drive.
