To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Location Schofield Barracks  (Hawaii)
Incident Yeah, this guy is an ass. I was leaving Schofield Barracks through the main gate, and of course, had to merge in to the main thoroughfare. There was one car ahead of me. He stopped since there was a car coming up on that main road, which is what he's supposed to do. Instead of waiting his turn to merge, this ass behind me jumps out first and speeds up so we both couldn't cut in front of him. Don't know what for, since this is when everyone else is going home for the day. He'd still be stuck in the same traffic. Now ... I have all the respect for our Soldiers, Airmen, Sailors and everyone else that serves in the Defense of the US. But when you do shitty things like this ... risking MY life and those of others on the roads ... then that is just wrong. And I WILL call you an ASS.

Officer! They think they own even the troops they command, but can't command their own brain. As a retired enlisted, all officers should be shot for stupidity.
