In order to maintain PlateWire as truthful and relevant as possible, we have concluded
that free user registration will improve the quality of our postings.
Rest assured, we have not, do not, or will never sell any personally identifying
information you submit to PlateWire.
How do I register?
In order to register on PlateWire, you must first decide which type of membership
you wish to select. There are (3) membership types available on PlateWire; Motorist
Pedestrian and Cyclist.
Motorist
A Motorist is a user who drives regurlarly, and wishes to register his or her plate
with Platewire. Once registered a Motorist can choose to receive notifications (via
email and/or SMS) when their plate receives a wire.
Pedestrian
Pedestrian are users who would like to report and browse plates that
choose not to register their plate.
Cyclist
Cyclist are users who primarily commute by bicycle and who wish to report and browse plates. Cyclist members will have tools specifically "geared" to their community.

As a member, you are able to search PlateWire's entire database of plates.
The member dashboard includes all statistics for your plates, as well as plates
you have wired *. Also, choose from several pre-built search queries for a fresh batch
of plates *.
Toll-Free Voicemail service
For all memberships, users can use PlateWire's VoiceMail2Web© service. VoiceMail2Web©
allows users to call a Toll-Free number and create a voicemail when an incident
occurs. On the next occassion the user logs into PlateWire, he/she will be able
to retrieve the voicemail and create a report.
