To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

School Bus - Star City,AR

A speeding Star City, AR school bus # 42-3-17 ran a RED light.  Date: 12/28/2006 Time: 6:15PM Location: University Ave and I-630.  The Star City school bus was heading north on University Ave, The 630 exit light turned green but no-one advice forward because of the speeding School bus, which then ran its RED light.  The school bus continue speeding north on University Ave, turning west on Markham St. Then pull into the Park Plaza Mall parking lot.       * * *  Let us hope the children got home safety  * * *.

Parents and motorists need to take the time to complain to the school district or bus depot about bus driving incidents.  I notice this all to frequently up in these parts that the bus drivers (some not all) seem to think they have diplomatic immunity on the streets and don't have to follow normal motorists laws or courtesy.  The bus speedometers must all be in disrepair or don't have one installed.  Maybe busdrivers other job is driving for UPS???
