Dumb

The bigger the car, more then likely the smaller the brain.  This lady was driving the boat of a cadillac and on the phone, and interacting with her child in the back seat.  No turning signals used, and she about hit a parked car on the street.

Unfortunatley, I was going the same direction she was, when she stopped in the middle of a two lane road.  She just stopped, no reason it seems.  I had to think quick to avoid the idiot.

And one more rant: Why oh why, everytime I see a person get in there vehicle at a store and back out of parking spot they have to get on the cell phone first.  Why not back out safely and then get on your stupid phone.

Why does someone have to get on the cell phone at all while driving?

Exit the parking spot and then start using the phone?

Are you nuts!?!

Why not finish the phone call before you start driving by existing the parking space.  It's perfectly OK to make your call while not driving.

I say stay off the phone until you aren't driving, I see more horrible drivers every day doing this constantly.  I do not have the luxury of being able to do that since I drive a manual...I can't imagine even attempting it.
