To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

I was in front of a woman on my way to Popeyes on E St. Peter St., and I followed the path around to get into the drive-thru. This woman, who was behind me, went over the parking lot hump (which is illegal to do), and cut in front of me in the drive-thru.
