To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

 Driving on Rt 6 East he to be going close to 100 mph swerving in and out of cars nearly hitting them. One car was forced into the breakdown lane, and another nearly hit the guardrail skidded up into the gravel). Would get up behind someone and lock up on the brakes. Caught up to him at the light at the end of exit 7, he was turning left toward Hyannis. The light turned green and he spun up his tires and forced the car in the left lane into opposing traffic. I have a pretty good idea that this guy's license is or was suspended. If it isn't, it should be. 

This idiot has no regard for anyone else.  I am hoping Barnstable and Yarmouth Police see this.  There is no doubt in my mind they already know who this guy is.
