To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Lack of turn signals

  You ever notice that nobody bothers to use turn signals anymore? Why is that? Minivan drivers are the biggest violators, probably distracted by all their bratty kids. Arrogant SUV drivers and my personal favorites, the pickup truck drivers, rarely do as well. Then you have all the douchebags who are too busy talking on their cell phone/text messaging who clearly aren't smart enough to do two things at once. Funny how common courtesy has just gone out the proverbial window these days. People are rude and lack manners. Society thing or personal choice? Interesting debate in my eyes.

 I agree.  Turn signals have become optional equipment these days.  It seems like these people need more and more TOYS on the inside of the cars (DVD players, GPS, Game systems, etc) and even outside (gold plating, special covers for head and tail lights, deep tinted windows, etc) that they can't afford to have turn signals put in as well.  They don't need them anyhow, most of them (particularly SUV drivers) think they are far too important to waste their time telling other people of their intentions.  It's far better to just bully their way in.
