To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Stupid & Rude = Dangerous Idiot

License plate 307-MRS failed to yield ( yes..there is an in-plain-site yield sign ) when merging onto Powers Blvd. This moron and his passenger caused all 3 lanes to hit the brakes when they decided that the yield sign did not apply to them and then proceeded to flip everyone off as they cut across 3 lanes and sped off. Maybe someday they will do the world a favor and crash and kill themselves before they kill innocent drivers.

You are right, that driver is wrong, and their license should be taken away.
File a complaint via the phone number for aggressive driving, and hopefully enough folks will also do so, such that the next time that driver is pulled over, the officer will see the many complaints and not let them off.
