I was driving down Tolland St in East Hartford heading toward Manchester. I am stuck behind a slow-moving tractor-trailer truck but who cares, it's friday. All of a sudden this white car comes flying up behind me. He stops two inches from my back bumper and then starts weaving back and forth. He would slow down, then speed up back towards my back bumper again. Then the right to left weave again. It is a one lane section of road and I can't get out of his way. When the road changes to two lanes I moved into the right one thinking he would go in the left.Nope, right behind me still. As a female, I started to feel very threatened by the way he was driving. I was convinced he was going to hit me. I couldn't move anywhere as there was heavy traffic. He continued this until he was able to start weaving in and out of the traffic, cutting people off left and right. His plate is 487-UTD, he is a young male who is too important to wait for you.
