To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

Big Gas Guzzler

Biking westbound on Berteau in Chicago between Troy and Kedzie.  A big lard*ss in a gas guzzler laid on the horn TWICE to get me to move faster.  I was not crawling or plodding.  Berteau is a very narrow one-way street (westbound at the point I was) and cars were parked on either side.  It isn't my fault lard*ss couldn't get around me in his huge guzzler.  He needs some prozac, fast.  His plate is 471 4953.  Lard*ss could have gotten to Kedzie much faster taking Irving Park or Montrose but noooooo, he had to clog up Berteau.  For shame.
