To "Award" a driver, is to say thanks to a driver for showing courtesy and thoughtfulness.

To "Flag" a driver, is to warn a driver of his/her rude and/or careless behavior that you have witnessed.

To "Wink" at a driver, is to send a flirtacious message to a driver you've encountered.

To "Hazard" a driver is to warn them of a physical hazard that their vehicle exhibits.

 A lot of people really upset over a more minor thing in life. Nobody has the right to enforce the law on anyone else. If you choose to speed, so be it. If you choose to try to enforce the limit by driving in the left lane so be it. Everyone gets theirs in the end. Speeders get tickets and blockers are recipients of road rage. Everyone has a choice, some are just smarter about the choice they make.

nobody here tries to enforce the law on someone else -- BUT WE ALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXPECT REASONABLE COMPLIANCE W/ SAID LAW!  IT'S CALLED 'CIVILIZED SOCIETY'!

so, 'lane blockers' are getting what they deserve when they receive road rage attention, huh?  i guess when that final, fatal meteor/asteroid/big f'ing rock falls to earth to decimate the planet, it'll be your karma that it lands on your head....

You are wrong O&W...People dont have the right to uneccesarily put people in danger with exceedingly fast or agressive drivers, and people dont have the right to police the roads either just because they are slow.  Let the cops take care of it if they want to.
