Extreme Reckless Tailgating Location: 279 South, Blvd of the Allies ramp to 376, Oakland Date & Time: Thursday October 1st, 2015 approx 9:05 am Observations: Driver was very small, head did not come above seat. Exited to Forbes Avenue from Blvd of the Allies. This black Ford fusion had a short prominent antenna on the roof located at the middle top of rear window.
