September 19, 2013 Pleasant Hill Road, Duluth Georgia The operator of this late model Mustang is the recipient of two read flags. One is for being an irresponsible driver and the other is for being an irresponsible pet owner. The picture I snapped of her says it all but since there is no way to upload a photo on PlateWire I will just have to describe it. The driver had her small dog hanging out from her driver's side window. Not only did the pooch have no eye protection but it positioned its head directly in front of the driver's side mirror, rendering the safety device useless. The driver couldn't have been too concerned with safety however, as she had her entire left eye blocked with the cell phone she was ratchet jawing on while barreling down the road. Suitable to go viral photo available upon request.
