Driving on K Street, waiting for the light at 1st NW. You thought that it would be a wonderful idea to A. pull up to me knowing that your lane ended on the other side of the intersection. B. pull into the pedestrian walk while waiting for the light to turn green, and best of all, C. gun your pretty little Escape so that you would cut me off once the light turned green. Dangerous. You would be the proud owner of a traffic ticket if there was a DC cop there. In this case, you are the proud owner of a flag. Nice.
