The driver of this truck threw a large bag of trash out her window on to the side of the road, at Barksdale and Apple Roads in Newark, DE. this vehicle is a general contracting business vehicle and i copied down the name and phone of the business so if it happens again i am calling the cops. i travel this route every day and i will be watching.
Littering is the most lazy, ignorant, and inconsiderate thing someone can do. wait til you get home and place your garbage in a proper trash container!!!
