In a construction zone on Interstate 10 West in heavy traffic, this smart-alec made sure I couldn't get into the right lane by stopping next to me in traffic despite 2 car lengths in front of him that he could pull up to. Then when I finally got in behind him, he pours his drink out the window as if trying to get on my car.
