This fool is hauling pallets in the bed of his pickup and they must be stacked 13 feet high and you know he can't see out his back window.The worst part is they are not tied down or secure in any way and they are falling off in front of drivers with every bump. I had a few fall out infront of me and when I got next to him at a light I told him what was going on. His only comment was for me to be more careful and not hit any. What a ass !!!

isn't it unlawful to have that many pallets stacked up without having them tied down or secured in some way? this guy is a lawsuit waiting to happen!

$500 for shifting load? I'd get that everytime I "adjust my carry". You can't really expect them to enforce that, can you?
