Details

Jacked-up idiot cut across 3 lanes to exit on eb 96 at middlebelt, crossing solid line and endangering others. Then drove very slowly around corner to annoy me. Blew horn, as if I got in his way after turn. He pulled up and wanted to fight. Too much of a hothead to be behind wheel. Needs psych eval or drug test and maybe review by SOS. Then driver education.
