16:30 Jan 27 2020. SB I 820 near W. Pipeline Rd the idiot is in the far left lane. just slightly ahead of me.. turns on his blinker , and pulls over two lanes without looking. my front fender is parallel to the passenger door. by the grace of my skilled driving and the luck of no car in the lane to my right , or tailgaters behind me, an accident was avoided. and the clown didn't even acknowledge his mistake while I'm laying on my horn....
