October 24, 2015 13:07 Driving South on 108th Avenue to 179th West to Wolf Road South to 187th and West. Driver in BMW was not content to do 10 MPH over the posted speed limit while insisting upon intimidating anyone in front of him. Not content to just frighten anyone in front of him he proceed to ignore red-light signals to jump in front of oncoming traffic followed by continued speeding and passing in No Passing zones. One more example of a driver who deserves to have both his vehicle and license removed.
