This jerk was tailgating me HARD on 317 in Moody, so when I reached a passing zone, I slowed down to let him pass. Well, I ended up catching up to him and for some reason this pissed him off. He jerked over to the side of the road, no blinker or signal whatsoever. He jerked back onto the road and followed me while videotaping me. I'm not doing anything illegal, so I'm not sure what he's trying to get out of this.
