This jerk was tailgating me HARD on a backroad, so when I reached a passing zone, I slowed down to let him pass. Well, I ended up catching up to him (due to him getting stuck behind slower drivers), and this pissed him off. He jerked over to the side of the road, no blinker or signal whatsoever. He jerked back onto the road and followed me while videotaping me. I'm wasn't doing anything illegal, so I'm not sure what he was trying to get out of this.
