This driver is angry at the world. I watched him come up behind me because he was cutting off cars and scaring other drivers. He passed my 18 wheeler, cut me off fast and close- shook his finger at me and turned his head to the right so he could mouth curses at me through the rear window. Looks like his passenger said something to him about it. Then he sped off from US 75 to I-30 east, cutting off more drivers. Karma's coming for this guy and I hope it hurts him.
