Pulled out from "Floridian" neighborhood, Cocoa Drive, onto Blue Angel Parkway as I was headed south. There was NO traffic behind me and all he had to do was wait 8 to 10 seconds. Instead I had to hit brakes hard and slow down a lot because he is selfish and inconsiderate. He only went a few blocks south and turned left. I used to drive a big truck but not like that.
