Happened tonight on I91 in CT. The road was dangerous because lanes had not been fully cleared from the blizzard yet, and lanes unexpectedly cut out without warning. This guy was on my tail within inches, which wouldn't have allowed safe stopping distance -- in any condition, but especially dangerous tonight.
