Would appear this driver never learned how 4 way stop signs work, what stop actually means, or perhaps he doesn't know his left from his right. Even though he supports the CT Firefighters or might even be one himself, unless he's on his way to battle a fire or other emergency he has to obey the traffic rules just like the rest of us on our way to work.
