Cut off traffic in high speed lane then locked up on brakes with nothing in front of him. At least 3 or more cars collided behind him. He then took exit 29 (a right exit) after driving 20 mph to the exit. It was done on purpose. This was Sunday December 23, 2012 at approx 15:30 about a mile before exit 29 on Rt 95 North.
