Turning left from 13th onto Massachusetts, this jerk merged from a 3rd nonexistent lane nearly into my car causing a near collision. I was incensed one because he was blatantly holding his iPhone to his ear AND I had my 5 month old baby in the car. I honked to get his attention, and he continued on his conversation appearing oblivious but obviously ignoring his shittiness, as I layed down the horn to get him to acknowledge or drop his call. What a dick.
