This idiot comes up on me at a high rate of speed, passes me on a rural two lane road (I was running a few mph over the limit) in a "No Passing" zone with oncoming traffic, veers off the left side of the road, kicks up debris (including a rock that cracks the windshield I had installed last month), then takes off only to come to a dead halt waiting for someone to make a left-hand turn. I get his license, car description, and the fact that he's a fat white guy smoking a cigarette (had cellulite hanging off his arm which was out the window). Think he name was something like "Hoopus".
