Details

I was approaching the Coro Parking Garage (in my car today), where I park for work and this car flew up a side street, barely slowed down at the turn and made a left turn, having blown through the stop sign. This forced me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. Less than half a block later, the car then swerved out to the left - with the tires inches from the left side curb; this is a two-way road, mind you - before turning right, into the garage, sans blinker. There was some justice when the driver had to swipe his/her card 3-4 times before the gate would open. But justice and safety are two different things. If I was as bad a driver as this person, there would have been an accident.
