While using cruise control, I witness the slowly overtaking vehicle's driver using a cell phone. What alarms me is that as she is passing me, sans turn indicator, she is moving into my lane. This technique is often used in situations where the speed differential is large. Our speed differential was tiny. I stabbed the brakes and noted her tags.
