Details

This was a Johnson County (JO) Kansas personalized license plate. I could not see the driver. From the rear of the car the only thing I could see in any of the vehicles mirrors was the headrest of the drivers seat. What happend was as I was south on Pflumm road approaching Blackfish Parkway in Shawnee, KS, less then 10 feet from the White (stop) line in my lane, doing 30mph, this vehicle approached from eastbound Blackfish PKWY swerving through a red light and right in front of me. I hit the brakes and the horn, which only led to whoever was driving that thing to hit their brakes. SMART! Luckliy I was able to avoid hitting them. They continued south on Pflumm to 83rd Street in Lenexa, KS where the car turned westbound and I continued South.

I do see the irony in this plate of "BHOOMI" as I almost rearened the car. But it would definatly have not been a laughing matter had I not been able to stop when he or she felt it necessary to slam on their brakes after running a red light and pulling infront of my car.
