Details

The Driver of PAVCO Trucking (Tractor # 5410), pulled up right beside me and attempted to run my vehicle into the guard rail and blew his horn. The driver then sped up and suddenly cut over into my lane. The violation occured on Friday 02/13/2009 at approx. 12:45 PM. The violation occured on I-65 Southbound on the JFK Bridge over the Ohio River heading into downtown Louisville. From there the driver got on the ramp to I-64 Eastbound. I continued on I-65 Southbound.

Have you contacted PAVCO Trucking about this incident? Their website is pavcotrucking.com and their phone number is (800) 511-0043. Mention that you filed a report on one of their employees on PlateWire and try to get a fax number from them when you call; that way you can fax them a copy of the PlateWire report.

Moreover, I see that you could not get the tag number (that's OK, there are so many people I see out there that merit a PlateWire flag report but I cannot safely get the tag number). Nonetheless, you should have considered calling the police and reporting the driver as what the driver did was dangerous.

Believe me, the driver of the PAVCO Trucking tractor won't have a job for long after they see this report. It is PAVCO Trucking's reputation that's on the line, especially when their employees are out and about in public.
