I have come across this guy a number of times over the last 3 years. It doesn't matter if he's in front of me or behind me ... He will hit his steering wheel, constantly flip people off, hang out his window and yell obscenities. It's not like the people infront of him are going super slow- they'll be going the speed limit or a little over... and this guy does this. No idea what his problem is.
