8:28am on Monday, August 6: Elderly male driver was riding solo in the carpool lane on the onramp to WB Highway 50 from Howe Avenue (first of many violations). I had a green metering light, accelerated to merge speed, and clearly had possession of the onramp lane, and this guy passes me illegally and then cuts me off. He then proceeded to make numerous lane changes without signaling heading WB 50.
