7:58am on Monday, August 6: Driver can't be behind any other cars. I was heading EB Richards Blvd in the #2 lane, stopped at a red light at Dos Rios Ave. This car came up behind me, swerved into the #1 lane without signaling, and stopped next to me at the red light. Light turned green, I accelerated, and she realized that her car is not faster than mine (even when accelerating normally). She got right back behind me, again without signaling. What the hell was that for? What is with drivers in the Sacramento area who just can't be behind another car?
