Monday, August 13th, 4:35PM. Eastbound Broadway before Wilmot. Another vehicle wanted to make a lane change into the lane the neon was in. Rather than slowing down, or perhaps speeding up, the Neon driver matched the speed of the other vehicle for quite some time. As we approached Kolb, when the Neon wanted to make a lane change into a lane that another vehicle occupied, the Neon driver was rude again and pushed his/her way in. Not a very smart thing to do in such a little car.
