You see some real rust holes in Vermont as well. The heavy salt on the roads during the extremely LONG winters takes its toll.
Wow. You see cars that rusty in Oregon, but usually lodged deep in the mud of some mountain redneck's lawn, with obvious signs that someone has mowed around the car several times, usually missing the windows....
I don't consider that a hazard until at least 1 fender is being held down with duct tape. ( or if the fender could use some duct tape!)Definately seen old Hondas MUCH worse :)
