Flag: How about if traffic signals text you when they are green?

Here is a "great idea" since you can't seem to tell the difference between red and green. Maybe traffic signals could be set up to text message you when it's safe to proceed. In the mean time when three lanes of traffic (Broadway & Wilmot) are 1/2 way through the intersection don't decide to go just because your phone conversation caused you to miss your light.

Yeah, the signals could give this driver his email and text messaging while they are at it!
