Parking in disabled parking space at the Johnson Street Postal Annex without a placard. A Plus to this: there is a first time for everything, there was actually a P.D. Cruiser sitting behind the car writing down the info (around here, they just mail the cites for this type of infraction) so this driver can expect a 250.00 notice of immediate payment due in the mail any day now.
