Sitting in traffic on SE Freeway... this nut rear-ended me. Then did it again!!! Upon confrontation she said she was calling the cops!!! Go back to Florida, we don't do that here!!!

why didn't you call the cops? I know its DC and the cops in DC suck more then the cops in MD and VA. You should have taken a picture of the damage and call the insurance company about getting it fixed.
