Details

On R Street NW around 8th Street or so. Cop car decides he is in a hurry and doesn't want to wait in the long line of cars at the light. So he pulls into the left lane, which IS NOT a travel lane. It is for on-street parking. At the light, he cuts in front of the entire line of cars, waiting patiently and LEGALLY at the light.

Vehicle was from the 3rd District, Car #1309. Time was approx 7:50 AM.

If you or I pulled such a stunt, we'd get a ticket.
