Details

Illegally parked on the left side, along with several other cars, on the 3rd Street tunnel highway exit ramp. These cars are almost always included with a cluster of police cars and cars with police-related logos on them (for example, a FOP vanity license plate or a police window sticker). This leads me to believe that all of these illegally parked cars are owned by cops, who are flaunting the law.
