I see this big, fat SUV illegally parked on the 3rd St tunnel exit ramp almost every day. Who expects to see a vehicle parked on a highway exit ramp?! This fool is begging to cause a collision. Most likely a cop's private vehicle, flaunting the law that would get a regular citizen a pile of parking tickets and a tow.
