Details

Frequent illegal parking at the intersection of 3rd St NW and the 3rd St tunnel exit ramp. Big, fat vehicle blocks the view for cars trying to turn onto 3rd St from the exit ramp, making conditions ripe for an accident. Most likely a cop's private vehicle, flaunting the law that would get a regular citizen a pile of parking tickets and a tow.
