I saw this guy in the parking lot yesterday, in the same apartment complex where we have much handicapped parking abuse. This guy seems to think that the blue stripes next to the handicap space, which in the rest of the world are for handicap van lifts, is a parking space, specially reserved for him. He was parked here for quite a few hours... eh, what do I expect from a hick from Arkansas?

If the person park their car more than 15 mins, I would have it towed, or call the police (if your local police not lazy and enforces these laws).

Some people are just rude. Doctors have a cure for that. It is called a prefrontal labotomy
