Saw you flicking ashes at Central and Edgemoor around 10:00.Sure enough you threw the LIT BUTT a block south of 13th on Edgemoor. Then you ran the red at 13th and Woodlawn. (When it's yellow going in and red coming out an officer will write you for running a red if they see you). What does all this get you? Ridicule on Platewire you moron. HA HA HA .
