Learning to drive in morning rush hour traffic is an idiotic thing to do. While this person was driving by themselves, they acted as though they were unfamiliar with how to drive. This person started out to be a minor annoyance by going 20 miles under the speed limit. I'm unsure if they were truly that oblivious or if they were trying to play a game with the other cars. They would be extremely slow up until it was legal to pass them - then they'd speed up, making it impossible to pass them in time! I was stuck behind this person for roughly 25 minutes. Several times they would swerve outside of their lane, a few times almost going off of the road! When they approached a stop light at one point, they didn't stop until they were well past the pedestrian crossing. Then they decided to try and back up, even though there was no room to do so. I honestly thought they were going to hit the person behind them! This was at the point where there were 4 lanes. After the light turned green, they swerved into the lane next to them, almost hitting another car! Watch out for this person - they might just run you off the road!
