At the intersection of Nicholson Dr and S. Stadium, I was approaching the red light in the right hand lane. This driver pulled out fast, from the left hand lane, without signaling, and caused me to have to slam on my brakes to prevent from hitting him. Later on down the road, I had to slam on my brakes again because he stopped short. God damn moron.
